APCO worked closely with real estate developer Crosland Southeast to provide a turnkey, design-build interior signage and wayfinding program, as well as exterior building identification numbers, for the new Camelia at One Nexton multifamily development in Summerville, South Carolina. Using a combination of custom-designed plaques, dimensional graphics and the modular Elevate system, APCO’s team designed, planned, fabricated and installed signs for the entire six-building development, including 350+ Class-A residences, as well as a clubhouse, fitness center, and pool.
