Lantower Residential is an award-winning real estate company based in Dallas, Texas with multifamily properties throughout Texas and the Southeast.
From a referral, Lantower reached out to APCO in 2023 to provide a proposal for signage and wayfinding at their newest Lantower Midtown development in Dallas.
Positioned in the bustling hub of North Central Dallas’s upper Greenville neighborhood, Lantower Midtown is a 5-level, 353-unit development with a 550-space parking garage....and accurately described by the owner as “Polished, with a kick.”
CID Design Group out of Naples, Florida designed the interiors as well as developed some preliminary concepts for signage design direction. APCO’s team then worked closely with Lantower and CID to finalize designs that would coordinate with the modern, high-end interiors and architectural finishes…and to plan a comprehensive signage and wayfinding program for the entire interior space, as well as for select exterior and parking garage areas.
As part of a turnkey, design-build process, with the design and planning process complete, APCO began the fabrication and installation phases of the project. There were numerous challenges, as with most large developments, in regards to the coordination of signage installations with tight deadlines, ever-shifting construction schedules and site conditions, but with local, hands-on project management from APCO’s Representative in Dallas and the coordinated efforts of our Planning, Design, Project Management and Fabrication teams in Atlanta, the project was successfully completed on schedule!
