To support and assist the Vice President of Sales Support and Customer Service Staff in their efforts to meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities include general administrative duties as well as assisting Sales Support department in all areas of order processing. Requirements include but are not limited to:

Regional Sales Manager - APCO Texas
Regional Office is located in Arlington, Texas.
Some travel is required. Territory includes northeast Texas, El Paso, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Periodic visits to corporate offices in Atlanta are also anticipated.
Qualified candidates should be equally comfortable with designers, architects, contractors and end-users and be able to work with detailed specifications and paperwork. Successful candidate would meet with customers, make presentations, site surveys, etc., and prepare detailed proposals. Sign industry and/or design background a plus.
Position requires a 4 year degree or equivalent, proven track record, computer proficiency and excellent oral and written communication skills.

To support all company activities by serving as both a communications facilitator and the professional “voice of APCO”. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: operating Toshiba 16 line, 120 extension phone system, attending to visitors, receiving packages and arranging for courier services, general office duties including typing, filing, copying, laminating, maintaining front desk petty cash, receive, sort, stamp and distribution of mail.
Position requires: excellent phone etiquette, pleasant speaking voice, ability to handle several phone calls at once, excellent written and verbal communications skills, clear legible hand writing, PC knowledge including MS Office suite, professional dress code, valid Georgia Drivers license, must be detail oriented, stable work history, great references and positive outlook, prior front office and switchboard experience a plus!
Hours are 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday.
